Introduction


In the fast-paced world of technology and business, organizations must constantly evolve and adapt to stay competitive. Embracing digital transformation and leveraging software and technology can only take a business so far; what truly drives success is the ability to refine and optimize its underlying processes. A bit about myself


Let me share some information about myself. I have a deep technical background that began in my early years with low-level Digital-Signal-Processing (DSP) and System-on-a-Chip (SoC) programming, which involved Assembler/C/C++ firmware programming. Over time, my focus shifted to high-level, large systems design and integration. I have held leading executive roles with several SAP partners, helping customers develop intellectual property (IP), implement ERP solutions, and deploy state-of-the-art IP. As a technology enthusiast, I enjoy helping partners and customers transform their businesses using technology while keeping things simple.

I have been with SAP for about 7.5 years, and I currently work as part of the Partner Solution Adoption (PSA) group within the Partner Ecosystem Success (PES) division under the Customer Success (CS) organization. The PSA group is comprised of highly experienced and qualified individuals and specialists tasked with driving solution adoption for our SAP partners. As regional experts, our specialists cover most of SAP's product portfolio, including S/4HANA Private/Public, BusinessOne, BusinessByDesign, Digital Supply Chain (DSC), Business Technology Platform (BTP), and more.

As the Intelligent and Sustainable Enterprise (ISE) Architect for North America, my role covers three key areas:

  1. SAP's Intelligent Sustainable Enterprise vision and messaging

  2. Sustainability

  3. Business Process Transformation (Signavio) in the context of the ISE


In addition to these responsibilities, I also serve as the Qualified-Partner-Packaged Solutions (QPPS) lead for North America.
