Have you ever thought about how life would be easier if we had a genie to grant us all of our wishes? It would be fun and magical, but while we can’t have it, we need to stick to all the real-life tools we have and use them in our favor.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud allows its users to give feedback about our dashboards in an easy, anonymous, and immediate way. In the top-right corner of your screen, you can access a feature that will grant you the opportunity of helping Manage Document and Reporting Compliance get even better.
Manage Document and Reporting Compliance is a dashboard that is part of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. This dashboard provides you with the overall status, due dates, and pending activities of periodic reports. You can also use it to display the status of electronic documents and navigate to the corresponding tasks and documents to process the details. With that said, we need to know what you think of the dashboard, to make sure that we focus on the things that need improvement!
To use the feedback feature, follow the steps below:
1. In the top-right corner of your screen, choose the feedback icon.
2. Choose the answer that best describes how satisfied you are with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, then choose Next.
3. Choose the answers that best describe what you think about the Manage Document and Reporting Compliance dashboard, then choose Next.
4. Use the open comment box to share what you like about our dashboard, but also what you think that needs improvement, then choose Submit.
Once you follow all the steps, our team will receive your anonymous feedback. The only available data we collect is the company ID of the subscription you give feedback from, the time and date when you give feedback, and the dashboard from where you give your feedback.
All the entries will be reviewed and can result in improvements that will benefit you and our solution. Your feedback is immensely valuable to keep SAP Document and Reporting Compliance running at its best!
