The response to our Customer Engagement Initiative of SAP BTP Cloud Foundry runtime (aka CF runtime CEI) has been amazing! We are excited to share the progress we have made and what's next in this collaborative journey.
What we have done so far:
- Participant-driven agenda: We kicked off the CF Runtime CEI with a survey to understand the experiences and priorities of participating developers and IT professionals. The feedback collected directly shaped our CEI sessions, ensuring they focus on the participants' real-world needs when working on SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry runtime and environment.
- Onboarding session: An initial call was organized to align everyone with the scope, objectives, and engagement guidelines of the CF runtime CEI.
- Delivered exclusive insights: Our first Insights Forum offered detailed views into our product strategy, upcoming roadmap, and a sneak peek of a new feature.
What's next?
- Insights Forum: Scheduled on a quarterly basis, these sessions will continue to delve into recent developments, product updates, and broader Cloud Foundry trends.
- Focus Workshop: Based on participant requests, we'll organize sessions that tackle specific challenges or explore best practices of high interest.
