Figure 2, Source: SAP
If you want to reassign changes from one project to another, this is planned in SP5
Also the option to decouple transports from change documents – you can add existing transports to change documents

Existing customers know that Change Request reporting occurs today via transaction /TMWFLOW/REPORTINGN.
Reporting changes include predefined KPI’s based on BW and dashboards for change request management.
Figure 4: Source: SAP
Figure 4 shows downgrade protection to receive warnings; this will help in ensuring you have the right sequence of transports before you import into your systems.
Figure 5: Source: SAP
Figure 5 shows that you can simulate transport before production import via a guided procedure. This will help identify errors, transport sequences, etc.
Figure 6, Source: SAP
Figure 6 shows that you will be able to process change requests from your mobile device for iOS only in initial roll-out.
It will be limited to the approval of the change document.
I am most excited about the transport simulation; something I had wanted for many years. What are you looking forward to with the Solution Manager Change Request 7.1 SP5 features?
