A: No, it is a different product

Q: Is it mandatory to convert attributes and analytical views to graphical calculation views when moving to HANA 2.0 from HANA 1.0 ,as BW/4HANA requires HANA 2.0?
Yes based on the one view concept Calculation Views are supported with Hana 2.0. There is a migration tool available to migrate attributes and analytical views to calculation views.
Q: . What are the licensing options for BW/4HANA?

Q: We still need to use SAP GUI backend to do few things in modeling and
administartion. Switching between SAP GUI and Eclipse is a bit inconvenient. When will we get all functionalities such as BI Content Activation, Transport STMS and complete administration in Eclipse or BW/4HANA cockpit?
BI Content activation is part of the BW/4HANA Roadmap.

BW consultants need to focus on both products BW/4HANA and Data Warehouse Cloud.
BPC is fully supported with SAP BW/4HANA.
SAP BW/4HANA supports BPC 11.0 for BW/4 1.0 and BPC 11.1 for BW/4 2.0.
Q: Our situation in early phase of BW4 with SOH as our datasource. However, in a year, we will slowly moving our SOH to S4. This will create two ERP connecting to one BW4. Thus, having source system compounding is important and we found it time consuming to change / remodel this on bulk due dependency. Any suggestion?

Both products have their dedicated Roadmap. For building a Data Warehouse on premise BW/4HANA is our premium product. S/4 is not meant to build a Data warehouse.

SAP BW/4HANA supports SQL views for lookups as well as generated Hana Views (Calculation scenarios) for 3rd party consumption.
