Dear Friends this Document will give you a brief information about the data deletion from info cube and DSO.

Some time we come across this situation if we wants to delete all request from DSO or cube then we have some standard option like this.

1. Delete Data - Right click on data target and select delete data.

2. Delete request by request - I think is a big task and takes more time.

3. Selective Deletion.

Perhaps it will not work.

Delete Data - Some time we trying this option but still we can see the request in our Request tab.

Selective Deletion - if we wants to delete some records thus this option is OK.

But if we wants to delete all request from DSO or Info cube then we can use this standard table to delete all data from cube or DSO.

1. Table - RSREQICODS - Monitor: Saving of the updated IC and ODS per request

give the Table name or target name to delete data.

Press Execute or F8.

select all then go to table entry menu and select delete or delete all.

2. Table RSICCONT - Monitor: Saving of the updated IC and ODS per request

Give your target name (Info Cube or DSO) in below screen

Select request

Go to table entry menu option and select delete or delete all.

3. RSREQDONE - Monitor: Saving of the QM entries

This table will give you all request information and QM status also with date, this means when it was loaded.

Give the DTP technical name for relevant data target and here our data target is 0SD_O06.

Give the DTP technical name.. and execute.

Now we can see all the request which is loaded by this DTP

select table entries and delete from the table after all three table deletion check the data target.

Thanks for reading this document.....

Note : If any request is not activated for DSO it will not delete.

Thanks and Regards,

Satendra Mishra
