Purchasing categories/ SAP S4 HANA PUBLIC CLOUD

Hi all, we created Purchasing Categories, there are some questions:

1. from where are displayed fields Preferred Supplier,  Strategic Supplier ? I found app Manage Preferred Supplier List - but this app is depreciated, and no successor is there 2. missing value Overall Score, there is 0, which value has to be display / from which date range ? 

3. in the part Activities - here is empty - but which info should be here, from where ?

Hi Pamela, thanks for your interest, please could you share/or exist other free documentation, because this one I can't open "How to set up Purchasing Categories in SAP S/4HANA Cloud due to "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this knowledge item". Hello! These documentations are already accessible to customers. I believe that if you don't have access, there must be a lack of viewing role. As a guide, I recommend that you check this in your company first (internally), as to which role is missing to view this.
