SAP DMC - Good Receip dont show post button

Hi Expert,

I am implementing DMC with S4 hana on premise, when I want to notify the product registration the post button appears disabled, do you know why it does not appear enabled?

Have you assigned the Work Center to your user in Manage User Assignments app?

If Work Centers are properly assigned to your user in Manage User Assignments app, have you checked if your user have Production_Operator Role assigned?

These are the pre-requistes that come to my mind.

Ok! Another reason for "Post" button not being enabled is if Auto GR is enabled in Manage Routings/Recipes.

Check in Manage Routings/Recipes app if Auto GR is enabled in Recipe Details.

Oh! You are running a Routing/Production Order scenario in Order POD? Not a Recipe / Process Industry scenario.

In this case, you can check all setup and prerequisites here and here.

You can also check this blog post I wrote, on executing Production Orders in Order POD if that's your requirement.

Yes, its a discrete scenario and I followed your blog and SAP's blogs and it's still not unlocked. Couldn't it be something with the master data?

Have you tried with brand new orders after adjusting all the settings?At this point, if you still face this issue after you double checked all above settings and tried with fresh orders, I’m out of ideas. In that case, I suggest you raise a ticket.Please kindly update back this thread once you find out what was wrong, I would love to learn. Thanks! :)Br,

No problem! Sounds good, please let me know.

One last thing... Although you don't see "Auto GR" setting for Routings in DM, you could check it in S/4 at OP67 t-code.

So you can double check all Control Keys used in your routing and confirm they don't have "Automatic GR" enabled, see below:
