Employee Central settings effective date in compensation

Hi,

In compensation plan settings, In 'employee central settings' we can set only one date for fetching the data from employee central to compensation, however as per business requirement they need to set it up for today's date, so that data is taken as per current data (latest), because manager need to have current data in forms when they are evauating the forms, is this possible in current system set up or is there way around to achieve this.

Thank you,

Sneha

Set the date far in the future.

Just wanted to add - we also use a date in the future, but we always ensure we use one day prior to our Merit effective date so it doesn't pull in the new Merit salary to the worksheets once it's pushed to EC. For example, we set our worksheet effective date to 2/16/2024 and our EC effective date to 2/17/2024.
