As a top-rated customer enhancement request, we are pleased to share that we are introducing a new audit tool in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation that can help planners more easily track the changes others have made to their compensation recommendations.
A New Planner Audit Tool
Planners can now view and download a compensation change history log directly from the compensation, variable pay and total compensation worksheets, as well as from the Executive Review. This tool gives planners real-time visibility into the compensation changes that are made as the worksheet is routed to others for review and approval, while reducing the workload on admins to run audit reports to share with planners.
Planner Audit – Change History Log
The audit history log can be filtered by criteria including start date, end date, employee, modified by, location, department, and job code to display the data most relevant to the planner. And, with access to the auditable data managed with field-based permissions, users can only view or edit the planner audit change history data for which they are authorized. Additionally, the change history log can be downloaded as a csv report for offline use.
