It used to be that a ticket to the boardroom required experience as a CEO, public company CFO well-versed in Sarbanes-Oxley, or plenty of experience as a P&L card-carrying executive. While these credentials are remain boardroom essentials, executives with in-depth experience with talent-related strategies are showing real value in today’s policy and strategy discussions.
