There is no configuration for activity based COI in CBC .

Currently the configurations of activity based C/I tasks and assigning doc types to activity based C/I tasks are not exposed as activities in public cloud. You can only reply on SAP pre-delivered content and are not able to make relevant configuration changes by yourself.  You can find all the necessary steps for Activity-based CoI on the following link:Consolidation of Investments (Activity-Based)
