Change Valid To Date to Default (31.12.9999) in GRC Access Request Form For a Particular role

Hi Experts,

We have a single role say (Z_XXX), while selecting this role in the access request form it populates with validity period of one year(customized).

My requirement is to change this validity period to default validity period (31.12.9999) in the access request form.

Can someone advise how to achieve this in GRC 10.1 ?

Hi Jay,

You can set the role validity in BRM using standard "Set Default Period" functionality. I am assuming the role validity of one year might have been set using this functionality. Please check and disable it so that the role validity gets defaulted to 31.12.9999.
