SMTP setup in S/4HANA public cloud

As we know, for on-premise, we have a clear guideline for configuring the SMTP service.

Do we have the equivalent guideline for doing this in S/4HANA public cloud?

I saw the documentation yesterday but I am not sure if I have all the required steps?

Basically our requirement is for a custom fiori app to send an email with the fiori app link which users can navigate to. This is not workflow/work item related and also not related to output control/management, this one a very straightforward scenario.

Based on how I understand it, here is the summary of steps:

1. Create communication system/arrangement

2. Create a cloud connector destination in BTP of type MAIL

https://help.sap.com/docs/connectivity/sap-btp-connectivity-cf/create-mail-destinations

3. Use the class API for the code for sending email from your RAP BO behavior definition class.
