SAP B1 Mobile App Error - Adapter instance is NOT usable any more!

Hi,

I am trying to setup the mobile app for SAP B1 but am unable to login due to 'Permission Denied' error. Upon checking the log I am getting this message.

Is this the cause of the 'Permission Denied' error? If so, can anyone shed some light on how to resolve this?

I'm on version 9.3 PL03, running on SQL.
