logged-in sales employee appears by default in the sales employee field in commercial documents

Hello,

We wish to apply the following configuration to the commercial documents (Offer, Order, Delivery):

· The name of the logged-in sales employee appears by default in the sales employee field.

· We do not want the system to display the name of the sales employee defined in the partner.

I have already defined default sales agent to user in user form,but always system select sales employee defined in the partner.

Could you please help resolving this issue ?

Hi,

As Business Partner level is the first priority for default sales employee, there is no place to configure except FMS.

You can try this query and apply to FMS

select salesPrson from OHEM where userId=$[user]

Note: remember to link user and sales employee in Employee Master Data.
