adjust the unit rate for real estate contract

I would like to know how can we adjust the unit rate for a flow type e.g. A101 from $10 to $20 for all the active contracts which have assigned to this flow type and the new effective rate will be on 1st Jun 2024.

consider we have 500+ active contracts and all the contracts with assigned this flow need to adjust the rate starting from Jun 1, 2024. Any build in function can fulfill this?

Is there a specific reason you want to use flow type? We'll leverage the Adjustment functionality in REFX for mass contract price modifications. However, it's essential to note that mass changes are restricted to condition group, condition type, and adjustment rule.
I suggest you explore Free Adjustment along with condition type in Tcode REAJPR for rent changes.
