The user creates/searches for sales orders in the new "Manage Sales Order: Version 2" app.  This app is enhanced with Microsoft Teams integration. This functionality allows users to share business info with related colleagues with screen data.

The User now can activate/check "Joule". Joule can be immensely helpful to users with all business-related queries. With some continuous prompts, users can get their required business info/guidance to proceed further. In this case, the user has asked for information about the possibility of extracting information from PDF. With subsequent prompts, Joule has guided the user directly to navigate the Sales order auto extraction app to create a sales order by uploading a PDF.
