Why Usability Testing?
However, before we dive into the deep end of the pool, let's take a minute to talk about the 'Usability Testing' waters. What is it exactly? Usability testing is the 'ticket inspector' of the SAP train ride. We check if the journey, in our case using SAP software, works as smooth as a well-run locomotive. It's about making sure using the software feels as cozy as your favorite pair of socks, ensuring it meets your needs, expectations, and requirements. And, let's be honest, who doesn't like cozy socks?
"Wait a minute," you might say, "I'm just a localization expert or a tax management guru, what's my part in all this?" Imagine this: You're using a tool you've helped refine, software that speaks your language fluently, and all because you attended a usability test session. Because let's face it: you are the one who steers the boats between the storms of daily regulatory challenges for your company. We believe you hold the keys to the treasure chest of insights no pirate has ever found!
