As part of our journey with SAP Business ByDesign, some customers come back with feedback about a functionality that is not currently implemented in the system, what we usually do is take those feedbacks from several sources, collect them and eventually work on getting those requirements to actual solutions.

Our SAP colleagues suggest one way to work around it, however there're some stuff that still needs to be done manually, and that we have automated to offer our:
With SEIDOR's Product Subcontracting Add-On, businesses can easily create and manage subcontracting purchase orders, track production progress, and monitor subcontractor performance. This intuitive solution helps ensure that businesses always have a clear view of their production process, enabling them to make informed decisions and react quickly to any issues that may arise.
One of the key features of our Product Subcontracting Add-On is its ability to automatically generate purchase orders based on production orders. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, reducing the risk of errors and saving businesses valuable time and resources.
As you can see in the image attached, the Purchase Orders are created automatically, and you can select if you want one or multiple Orders created depending on the scenario.
This allows the receipt of the material to also be automated, the quantities of the stock are also updated, this reduces time and effort from users.
