Scenario:system throws an error message not enough quota for absnece/attendanceon XX-MM-YYYY

The business processs is absence quota CL/SL are accrured on monthly basis (.5 days) and hypothetically say after Jan absnece of one day is created system wont allow to deduct absence from quota. as the deduction intervals are monthly.
