It is practiced while meeting a person physically or talking-to to person through electronic media like telephone, internet driven chats etc. Tamizh (Tamil) – It is my Mother Tongue and Most spoken language in Tamil Nadu and Tamil is one of the longest-surviving classical languages in the world.
Few days back, when I was browsing SCN I saw a post on “Blog It Forward” and had no idea what BIF is all about, but later on I found many such posts through which I got to know many people.

Introduction:
My name is Dineshkumar Sriramulu, born in Vellore, Tamil Nadu (செந்தமிழ் நாடு), India. I was a Professional Allrounder Cricketer and I have played District and Division level as well, after schooling I moved to Chennai to pursue Mechanical Engineering in AMACE (Anna University, Chennai). Third and Final years I was a Captain of my College Cricket Team, Due to financial problem I was not able to continue my Cricket career.
Professional Career:
I started my professional career as a Production Engineer in Mersen India Private Limited in the field of producing Graphite Heat Exchanger Manufacturing, previously the company name called as Carbone Lorraine is a French international company. The company is a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials. It is based in 35 countries across the globe with 53 production facilities. The company also has 15 Research and Development centers. They work with more than 6900 people all around the world Former of Carbon Lorraine Private Limited.
I got very good experiences about how the company was manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, sub-contracting, services (Warranty and Guaranty), maintenance etc… But when i was worked there i assembled the equipments using heavy weight spanners, lifting and holding heavy weight SS and MS metals by hand(there is no other choice and can't use the lift often), because of heavy work i was affected back pain, due to heavy back pain I was resigned my job, later I started learning SAP PP module training in small institute hardly not more than 20 days in Chennai, In fact I don’t know the worth of SAP when I was started my training.
Change Moments in my life:
One of my institute friend referred me and 5 more our institute friends in his company, Me and other 5 same institute friends attended the interview for an PP module as a fresher, Out of six persons, 3 persons got selected in that company located in Bangalore, But me and my friends started our SAP career in hard way, in my previous company, Seniors Consultants not helped us and not discussing anything in front of us related to SAP, Later we the institute friends realized and started self-learning to get more knowledge about PP/QM module and other Integration modules as well.
After learnt QM module we have given a training to the Senior Consultants is still unforgettable.
One miracle has happen for us that we had worked in same company as PP/QM Consultant, was sitting next to next chairs in office, we stayed in same paying guest as well as same room, now we are the close and best friends having very good mutual understanding between each and everyone, i hope we are continuing the same till our life.

I was born in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, Vellore district is one of the 37 districts in the Tamil Nadu state of India. It is one of the eleven districts that form the North (Tondai Nadu) region of Tamil Nadu. Vellore city is the headquarters of this district. As of 2011, the district had a population of 3,936,331 with a sexual ratio of 1,007 females for every 1,000 males.
The Government of India recently included Vellore city in its prestigious Smart City project, along with 26 other cities.
Men from the Vellore District fought in the British India Army and sacrificed their lives in the World Wars. This is recorded in the clock tower in the long bazaar at Vellore, raised in 1920, where an inscription reads "Vellore - From this Village 277 men went to the Great war 1914-18, of them 14 gave up their lives".
On 30 September 1989 the district was again split into Tiruvannamalai-Sambuvarayar (present-day Tiruvannamalai) and North Arcot Ambedkar districts. North Arcot Ambedkar District was renamed Vellore District in 1996.
On 15 August 2019, the district was trifurcated into Vellore, Tirupattur and Ranipet districts.

Vellore Mutiny 1806:
The Vellore Fort is the primary tourist attraction in the district headquarters Vellore. Vellore Fort is the most prominent landmark. During British rule, Tipu Sultan's family and the last king of Sri Lanka, Vikrama Rajasinha, were held as royal prisoners in the fort. In the fort houses a Church, a Mosque and a Hindu temple, the latter known for its carvings. The first rebellion against British rule erupted at this fort in 1806, and it witnessed the massacre of the Vijayanagara royal family of Emperor Sriranga Raya.

2nd Golden Temple in India.
The Golden Temple Vellore of Sripuram (Tamil: ஸ்ரீபுரம்) is a spiritual park situated at the foot of a small range of green hills in a place known as "Malaikodi". The temple is between Vellore-Odugathur state highway and at the southern end of the city of Vellore, at Tirumalaikodi.The temple with gold covering, has intricate work done by artisans specializing in temple art using gold.

Kavalur Telescope observatory:
Kavalur observatory is located in Kavalur in the Javadi Hills in Alangayam, Vellore District. The Kavalur Observatory is located in a 100-acre forest land in Tamil Nadu which is strewn with a variety of greenery of tropical region besides a number of medicinal plants with an occasional appearance of some wildlife like deer, snakes and scorpions. Several varieties of birds have also been spotted in the campus. The observatory is at an altitude of 725m above mean sea level (longitude 78° 49.6' E ; latitude 12° 34.6' N). Apart from being reasonably away from city lights and industrial areas, the location has been chosen in order to be closer to the earth's equator for covering both northern and southern hemispheres with equal ease. In addition, its longitudinal position is such that it is the only major astronomical facility between Australia and South Africa for observing the southern objects
The observatory is home to the Vainu Bappu Telescope, the largest telescope in Asia until a 3.6-meter telescope was set up at Devasthal, Nainital, by ARIES. It has a diameter of 2.3 meters and was first used in 1986. Along with the Vainu Bappu telescope, the observatory has two other telescopes: A 1-meter Zeiss manufactured and another 75-centimeter Cassegrain reflector currently being refurbished. The observatory also has a Fabry–Pérot interferometer.

Arcot Delhi Gate (Fort):
The town's strategic location has led to it being repeatedly contested and prompted the construction of a formidable fortress. The Nawabdom of the Carnatic was established by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, who in 1692 appointed Zulfiqar Ali Khan as the first Nawab of the Carnatic. In 1740, the Maratha forces came down upon Arcot. They attacked the Nawab, Dost Ali in the pass of Damalcherry. In the war that followed, Dost Ali, one of his sons Hasan Ali, and a number of prominent persons lost their lives. This initial success at once enhanced Maratha prestige in the south. From Damalcherry the Marathas proceeded to Arcot. It surrendered to them without much resistance. Chanda Saheb and his son were arrested and sent to Nagpur. In 1751, The English captured the town during the conflict between the United Kingdom and France for control of South India. The English successfully held it with only 500 men against the French and the Nawab, resisting for 56 days (23 September to 14 November 1751). The enemy army eventually dissolved and its leader, Chanda Shahib, was killed. Mohammed Ali Khan Walajah took over as Nawab, effectively serving as a vassal of the British. His successors soon ran up enormous debts at the hands of English speculators. In 1801, the town was annexed by the British East India Company.
In the 20th century, Arcot declined in importance and was incorporated into Vellore District. Arcot has the tomb of the famous 18th-century Sufi Saint Tipu Mastan Aulia. The story goes that from the blessings of Tipu Mastan Aulia, Hyder Ali had a son Tippu Sultan of Mysore, whom he appropriately named after the saint.

Vellore hot climate during summer:
Radiation from mountains as Vellore is surrounded by mountains and situated in northern part of the state as hot northwesterly winds enters Vellore district first are the main reasons for Vellore’s hotness.
April is one of the hottest Month for Vellore compared with other parts of the state when Vellore records close to 112 Fahrenheit with other places Palayamkottai, Karur Paramathi, Trichy, Salem experiences similar weather close to 108 Fahrenheit.
May month brings some relief to Vellore by rains and hails but the mercury hits close to 45 c (114 Fahrenheit) for few days with all other parts of Tamil Nadu reaches up to 112 Fahrenheit.
Vellore is a hot place but not the drier one.

Trying to learn more modules and have to be involved more implementation projects as a PP/QM/MM/PM Consultant.
Before 2035 I want to be started up my new company with my trusting team members for SAP implementation and all.
I want to be constructed or buy a new luxury car and luxury home and living long years with my lovable family members and with my friends.

Doing R&D of new functionalities in SAP, Reading the new blogs, If I am in fresh mind then I am always trying to learn more modules like MM, PM & PS.
Watching movies, sports and enjoying with my friends and my family members, cleaning rooms and washing clothes.
Don’t know exactly, might be I will get the job related to my old experience.
I Don't feel inspired, already mentioned above, that I don’t know about SAP before I entered in institute.
One fine day, I got a call from one small institute from Chennai, in that institute one lady called me and asked about my qualifications and experience, after I explained everything, she has told me like they took my profile through Naukri and there was an interview call to work in SAP software(Without any knowledge of SAP).
She called me to her institute located in Chennai for discussing about the offer letter, later there was a big shock, like that I have to pay 20000 to study the PP module then only they will arrange an interview, finally I was joined that institute and I had paid the money partially before getting the course completion certificate.
After joined a week me and my institute friends came to know that her institute was not arranged any interview until they opened the institute, We the institute friends tried a lot to get a job in SAP as a fresher, but as a fresher it’s very difficult to get the job.
One of my institute friend was joined one medium level company in Bengalore location as a PP Trainee Consultant without salary for six months, after one month he has referred us in the same company for an interview then we the 6 institute friends attended the interview, out of 6 persons 3 persons got selected in the company, got offer letter joined the company, Involved 100% of Implementations projects, learnt a lot got my 1st month salary on the 7th month, struggled more and then now I am having at least 30 to 40% of PP/QM/CO module knowledge and 10 to 20% of other 4 modules knowledges (SAP is an Artificial Ocean no one can reach the peak level).

April is one of the hottest Month for Vellore compared with other parts of the state when Vellore records close to 112 Fahrenheit with other places Palayamkottai, Karur Paramathi, Trichy, Salem experiences similar weather close to 108 Fahrenheit.
May month brings some relief to Vellore by rains and hails but the mercury hits close to 45 c (114 Fahrenheit) for few days with all other parts of Tamil Nadu reaches up to 112 Fahrenheit.
Vellore is a hot place but not the drier one.
My biggest achievements:
- Naturally I’m an average student in any kind of studies, But I can clear all my last exams.
- I don’t have much interest when I was studied PP module training (not more than 20 days), Now I am in very good position in PP/QM module.
- Worked 4 S/4 HANA Implementation projects till now.
- Got more appreciations mail and certificates from my client peoples for my Implementation and support projects.
- I am having the capability to post the blogs in SCN (Four blogs posted) till now.
- Interacting and connecting with the new peoples easily without any guilty feel.
Lifetime goals:
I want to be worked in different countries.
Trying to learn more modules and have to be involved more implementation projects as a PP/QM/MM/PM Consultant.
Before 2035 I want to be started up my new company with my trusting team members for SAP implementation and all.
I want to be constructed or buy a new luxury car and luxury home and living long years with my lovable family members and with my friends.

What do you do apart from SAP in your free time?
Doing R&D of new functionalities in SAP, Reading the new blogs, If I am in fresh mind then I am always trying to learn more modules like MM, PM & PS.
Watching movies, sports and enjoying with my friends and my family members, cleaning rooms and washing clothes.
If not SAP Career where you would be seeing yourself?
Don’t know exactly, might be I will get the job related to my old experience.
Who inspired you to choose SAP or what made you choose SAP?
I Don't feel inspired, already mentioned above, that I don’t know about SAP before I entered in institute.
One fine day, I got a call from one small institute from Chennai, in that institute one lady called me and asked about my qualifications and experience, after I explained everything, she has told me like they took my profile through Naukri and there was an interview call to work in SAP software(Without any knowledge of SAP).
She called me to her institute located in Chennai for discussing about the offer letter, later there was a big shock, like that I have to pay 20000 to study the PP module then only they will arrange an interview, finally I was joined that institute and I had paid the money partially before getting the course completion certificate.
After joined a week me and my institute friends came to know that her institute was not arranged any interview until they opened the institute, We the institute friends tried a lot to get a job in SAP as a fresher, but as a fresher it’s very difficult to get the job.
One of my institute friend was joined one medium level company in Bengalore location as a PP Trainee Consultant without salary for six months, after one month he has referred us in the same company for an interview then we the 6 institute friends attended the interview, out of 6 persons 3 persons got selected in the company, got offer letter joined the company, Involved 100% of Implementations projects, learnt a lot got my 1st month salary on the 7th month, struggled more and then now I am having at least 30 to 40% of PP/QM/CO module knowledge and 10 to 20% of other 4 modules knowledges (SAP is an Artificial Ocean no one can reach the peak level).
