SAP CCO Manager - Loyalty evaluation error resulting in 0 point

Hello everyone,

SAP Customer Checkout Manager Release 2.0 FP12 PL03
loyalty record evaluation is functioning below after 1 restart. And we do the extra 1 restart to fix the problem.
So After 1 restart loyalty evaluation: first subtract the point and then add the point, finally resulting in 0 point.

As we are facing other server problem and restarting the entire server is conflicting with above and causing so much trouble.

So If you encountered this issue and solved it one way or the other, please advice.
