Can able to add New Addresses in the E-Mail Header in the Email Form IC Web

Dear Experts,

Can we able to add New Address lists like Lotus notes lists or Outlook list apart CRM address in the Email header in the Email Work center in the IC Agent Business role. For instance,

in the Email work center, if we click on To or CC, we will get a pop for Address search, here we can see CRM Address. My query here, can we able to assign more lists like Lotus address list or Outlook address list apart CRM address list.

If this is possible, could you plz share your experience/exterise on this.

Yes you will be able to search for addresses either from MS Outlook or Lotus Notes apart from the CRM Addresses ( that is Business Parner Email addresses ). The customizing to choose this is SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->One - One emailing

Define Multipart E-Mail Option and Groupware Integration->Address Search in Groupware

If you want to search in both Outlook and Lotus Notes you can maintain the setting MS Outlook and Lotus Notes.

In addition to the the IE settings available in the note 963408 should be present.

Hi,

After setting the one-to-one email, will it have outlook address book availabe (beside the CRM address book) in the dropdown list on the screen after user clicks the To button?
