I have a recurring display flaw when creating and test sending emails from the Content Studio. It occurs when the background color is diffrent from the color of the layout or content blocks.
Although I defined a specific color for each block (so they are not transparent) I see the background color shining through as thin line in some spots. I attached a picture which illustrates the issue. This seems to be a bug in the Content Studio.
Can this be fixed quickly or is there a reliable workaround?
Hi Tobias and All,
this is what I can provide to you
Unfortunately, the issue appears to be with Outlook. To pull a few points from the page I linked to above:
Most of the fixes are things the user will have to try with their own emails. It’s definitely frustrating.

Hi Ralf,
thanks for your feedback. I will hand that over to our marketing team.
If anyone has some news about that topic, it would be great if you share it here.
Best Regards Tobias
Hi Ralf,
Thanks. Though we can't apply the "custom mso HTML with <br/>" option in email lite, we can't edit the HTML like we could in email classic...
Thanks you so much for the examples and I will address this to the development team who should look at it
Best Regards
Ralf

We encountered the same issue before. Didn't find a solution. In Email Lite by the way.
Here are some screenshots.
It was not occurring on all clients indeed, it is mostly Outlook being difficult.
What's even more: I have 2 screens, my laptop screen + an external screen.
The SAME email does not show the "ghost lines" on my laptop screen, but if I drag it to my external screen, then suddenly the lines show up. When I then zoom out too 90%, the lines disappear again.
And for other colleagues the lines appear on other places.
It seems to happen when you have within 1 layout block, multiple functions are added underneath each other. So here the layout is 50-50 split, and in the right block there is text + text + button.

Hello,
which editor did you use - Classic or Lite?
Check also the HTML code if any padding or margin causes the issue.
Best Regards
Ralf
