After the installation of Sales Manager Server (Agentry Server), you might encounter the following common issues during first time initialization.
Issue 1: System error message pop-up says "The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing ...".
Reason: The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is missing in the system. Download it from following links and install the executable files, then restart the server.

Issue 2: AgentryServer.exe starts with error "The program can't start because jvm.dll is missing in the system". Or you start up the AgentryServerGUI.exe but get the error message like below.
This issue occurs because the configuraiton of Java envrionment variable Path is missing.
Solution:
1) Make sure you have the latest version JDK installed on your server.
2) Add the path of the Java /bin, /lib, /bin/server folder in the computer's envrionement variable 'Path'. For example for me I added the following values in the Path variable. "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\server", "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin" and "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib"
3) Restart the Agentry Server.
