You can start a chat session with a technical expert when clicking the Create Incident in three simple steps.

It’s easy to access and use Expert Chat, simply do the following:
- Begin the process of submitting an incident on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad
- If Expert Chat is available for the incident component, a Start Chat button will appear next to the Submit Button
- Click on Start Chat button
- And you will able to talk with a product support expert in real-time!
