Its hardly 2 hours since the SDN day at Bangalore wrapped up. To sum it, it was a truly amazing experience.   After having read all blogs on SDN with regard to the SDN days at Las Vegas and Amsterdam, I went to the SDN day @ Bangalore thinking there wouldn't be much in store. When you already know what is in store half of the fun is already lost, right?   I was surely wrong! After spending an entire day with the SDN community, I can truly say, SDN ROCKS!   I was able to see the power of the SDN community first hand, see the people behind this place and see what drives all of us to make SDN the global community that it is.  The day started off with an Introductory Session by Craig and Mark Yolton apart from the obvious delay due to the Bangalore traffic. Mark gave some amazing numbers on the growth of SDN, the contributions on SDN and ofcourse could never stop talking about SDN the whole day through 🙂  Speed Networking followed, and it sure was fun. Lots of networking, lots of exchange of business cards and quite a few interesting and animated conversations were also a part of this.  Among the several interesting sessions by the SDN members, the sessions by SDN stars like Kartik and Tarun Telang stole the show!  The final session was a panel discussion on "Innovation in IT" with an emphasis on the Indian IT Industry by  Kartik , Mark Yolton , Hyther Nizam ( from the Zoho Team ) and Prashanth. It was a charged up discussion with views from all sides and once again provided some amazing perspective.  As usual Craig , marilyn.pratt/blog,mark.yolton/blogwere the real stars of the show who made the whole thing work so amazingly well. Hats off to them and the entire SDN team for working so hard to make SDN Day B'lore a real success.   At the end of it all, one point was very clear, as my mentors Kartik   and Ravi always say: "Make yourself Count, be a part of SDN and make a mark for yourself."
