New remote service to review the health of your SAP Cloud Platform Integration service tenant available in pilot

As you know, Integration remains a strategic priority for SAP. We highlighted recently there is a variety of supporting offerings available to support customers putting Integration at the heart of the Intelligent Enterprise.

We are now delighted to pilot the latest offering – SAP CQC for Cloud Deployment Readiness for SAP Cloud Platform Integration Service through the Integration workstream of the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council program.

The goal of the SAP CQC for Cloud Deployment Readiness for SAP Cloud Platform Integration Service is to support the overall quality of your integration landscape by focusing on the SAP Cloud Platform service Integration tenant.

During the service, SAP remotely reviews the solution configuration for potential risks and provides recommendations in line with SAP’s Best Practices.

Areas reviewed include:

  • Settings for your SAP Cloud Platform Integration service tenant
  • Security Settings
  • Occurrence of errors
  • Monitoring Settings
  • Release of related on-premise tools (e.g.: SAP Cloud Connector)

The check provides recommendations such as:

  • Recommended settings
  • Background context
  • Best practice benefits
  • Incorrect configuration parameter implications

Timing of check

This service is applicable at any time either before go-live or during normal operation.

Preparation

A short Questionnaire to be completed is required and to provide access to your productive tenant(s).

Delivery

Delivery is performed remotely by an SAP Support Engineer. The system configuration is reviewed in conjunction with the preparation information. The service has no impact on the system’s operation or availability.

Follow-up

After the SAP CQC for Cloud Deployment Readiness for SAP Cloud Platform Integration service is performed, detailed recommendations are provided in a remote service report.
