Expanding and extending the availability of SAP S/4HANA Cloud help resources

The Expansion of SAP S/4HANA support Content is now accessible globally through search engines and by extending SAP Search


We have extended the search options for SAP S/4HANA Cloud customers by offering repositories with valuable content to make your search easier, more efficient, and help find answers to your questions faster.

The key benefits include:

  • Find answers to your SAP S/4HANA Cloud issues much faster and easier, no matter where you choose to search for them
  • These additional resources can be found by easily searching the web, searching on SAP.com, or as a result set inside of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

Inside of SAP ONE Support Launchpad, you can perform a search, as if you were looking for answers to any issue.

As a part of the result set, you will then see an additional “Repository” area that says “SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Support Assets”.

Once clicked, all of the support assets for SAP S/4HANA Cloud will display as an interwoven result list to assist you in finding the answers to any issues you have.
