To quickly introduce myself my name is Chusa de Castro and I’m part of the SAP Product Support Social Media team where I’m working as Social Media Operations Manager, leading the @SAPSupportHelp Twitter account.

We began our journey with Twitter in July 2011 and we currently have more than 70 expert people who are providing content from their area of expertise.
