Hi everyone,
On August 1st, we had over 300 people participating in SAP Localization Summit 2017, that took place at SAP Labs Latin America, in São Leopoldo. We are always looking forward to be closer to our customers and we are glad to say that the event was a success!
Since eSocial official launch is happening the next year, this was a great opportunity for us to discuss on the next implementation steps, the best road maps for each company, and what we are planning for the future delivery phases.
During the event, we wanted to bring the most useful opportunities for you to learn more about HCM Brazil eSocial solution. That’s why we offered the following eSocial agenda throughout SAP Localization Summit 2017:
eSocial Lectures
- eSocial SOA Manager – This lecture aimed at discussing the best alternatives for companies in regards to choosing between SOA Manager or PI technology to communicate with the Brazilian government.
- What is the future of eSocial? – In this lecture, we openly discussed what will be the challenges and opportunities of eSocial in a few years. We explored scenarios that all companies will face and tried to anticipate questions that customers might have.

User Assistance Hands on
In individual sessions, participants could test the quality and accessibility of eSocial documentation in the SAP Help Portal and in the system, as well as our content at SAP Community. The feedbacks we received in these sessions are certainly decisive for us to deliver even better documentation.

eSocial Round Table Session
In this spontaneous session, we discussed questions and key points of eSocial solution. This was a moment to put on the table the pros and cons of each implementation strategy in such a way that participants could reflect on which alternatives are the best for their specific context.
eSocial Booth
In addition to the activities described above, we prepared an eSocial booth in which the development team could answer any specific doubts that may have eventually arose.
