SAP Localization Summit 2017 was a success! The event happened on August 1st at SAP Labs Latin America, in São Leopoldo, and we were happy to take this opportunity to be closer to our clients and discuss the solutions and strategies for eSocial.
During SAP Localization Summit 2017 we hosted a User Assistance Hands on session with the purpose to test the quality and accessibility of our documentation. We offered sessions in which HCM eSocial, HCM Public Sector and NF-e documentation could be tested. Especially for eSocial, we tested system documentation, the Help Portal and our content in SAP Community. Each feedback we received will be essential for us to deliver even better documentation in different channels. We hope you have enjoyed our Hands on!
Since we had this amazing opportunity to discuss eSocial documentation and we know that many of you couldn`t participate in the event, we prepared this summary of the main eSocial documentation sources:
SAP Help Portal – In Payroll Brazil (PY-BR) page, you can find eSocial content under https://help.sap.com/viewer/pybren608 -> Final Activities -> eSocial. Although this link leads you to the documentation for Enhancement Package 8, the content is the same for all releases.
System – In the SAP Easy Access menu, you can find eSocial transactions following the path Pessoal -> Cálculo das folhas de pagamento -> América -> Brasil -> Sistema de Informação -> eSocial.
Besides, you can find all eSocial customizing activities in Customizing for Cálculo das folhas de pagamento, under Cálc.folha pagamento Brasil -> eSocial.
Don’t forget that you can also find the documentation for reports (Shift + F1) and field help (F1) in the system.
Legal Change Announcement: eSocial – In SAP Note 1575963, you can find information about the eSocial legal change.
FAQ – In SAP Note 1920686, you can find a list of frequently asked questions related to eSocial.
Spread the word about these channels, they are very useful help you learn about our solutions. Also, follow the tag HCM Payroll Brazil in SAP Community to stay tuned on eSocial latest news.
I hope you enjoyed this post. Feel free to leave your comments, questions and feedback below.
All the best,
