Are you allowed to participate?
All customers can apply to participate as long as they are running a Customer COE – either primary or advanced certified.
How does the competition work?
During a short call, we discover together if you can successfully manage the challenging questions. If so, and only then, we let you to participate
Decide in which category you would like to participate. Choose one between Support Operations, Information Management, Innovation or simply Best Customer COE Overall.
Complete the challenging questionnaire, send it back to us (by Sept 25th) and by completing this also discover the maturity of your Customer COE
A global jury consisting of internal and external high-ranking managers will vote. Be aware, the judgment will be tough but fair! Wait for the results to find out if you’re a GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE winner.
What if you win?
All GOLD winners will be personally awarded at the ICCC Info Forum. awarded this year by Michael Kleinemeier, member of Global Managing Board and Head of Global Service and Support, at a celebratory evening event during the International Customer COE Info Forum in Heidelberg, Germany November-18th, 2015

Ok.. can someone explain how this relates to PLM Quality Management (QM)?
If I understand right, the focus of Customer COE stands for Customer Center of Expertise.
SAP defines this in the following way:
"By acting as a single source of truth for all matters related to SAP in your organization, your Customer COE works closely with SAP to set up an internal support desk, coordinate projects, and deliver relevant information to the user base."
i reported this as not relevant to the PLM Qualtity Management (QM) tag and it was denied. (That was before I was set up as moderator for this tag).
How does a COE relate to the QM module?? If QM qualifies as a tag, so should these other PLM tags:
If any of these tags are used, it should be the higher level tag PLM Product Lifecycle Management.
