Service Management – Basic Settings – General Data – Define Planner Groups

This section will be directly related to the post I did on Plant Sections.  The Planner Group gives you the ability to control the plant sections with a specific planner. 

Here’s where you find the configuration in the IMG.

Beyond this, all you have to do is create a new entry, and define by plant and plant section, who the planning contact should be.  Again, you can enter free text for the person and phone number.  You gotta love easy straight forward configuration
