    It is an integral part of social media marketing that you track your statistics when moving forward. There are many tools available that allow you to measure and record incoming and outgoing traffic.

    When posting updates or statuses make sure to Keep it Short, Simple and Sweet. Short posts of 100 characters should not be exceeded to much, while keeping it simple allows the consumer not to  be cluttered with an information overload and keep it sweet by not pushing too many buttons.

    We have come across many businesses that don’t COMMUNICATE ! It is essential to engage and interact with your audience and consumers as it develops a sense of security for the audience. This is especially vital with online retail stores operating out of Facebook and Twitter. Putting a face or a person behind the name really helps.

  5. Test, Try, Succeed
    Test new ways to promote, advertise and convert sales. Many social media platforms will be releasing or have released sponsored posts, ads and more. Try them out see if this is a path you can take.
