At this year's TechEd, SAP plans to do a customer survey on IT Business Management to get more insight how customers are managing and optimizing their IT processes and which challenges they are facing in doing so.
If you have registered to attend this year's SAP TechEd either in Berlin or Las Vegas, we'd be happy if you could be available for a 30-40 minutes interview conducted by SAP subject matter experts.
The focus of the interviews will be in particular on relevance, drivers, priorities, and experiences with respect to single or multiple topics of the following IT Business Management areas:
- IT Governance & Performance Management
- IT Service Management
- IT Project & Portfolio Management
- Application Lifecycle Management
Depending on your preference and role, the complete discipline of IT Business Management or any of the sub areas could be addressed in the interviews.
All information will be kept confidential. Participants will benefit from direct access to experts and an aggregated and anonymous survey report. An iPod Shuffle (1GB) will be offered to all participants.
