In the Recent Version(2402), SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud, Is there provision for Configuring Funds Management if not then How to proceed ?

Hello All,We are having 2 company Codes for which both Controlling area and Operating concern are same, the business is asking for both account based and costing based COPA, Can anyone please explain if both are necessary and why?
