          How can we export user list in SAP system with lock user or without lock user

      Dear readers, this blog is useful for beginner as a Basis Consultant. We have learned about how to extract or export user list with lock user or without lock user.

Lets start…….

Go to  SUIM T-code ……. < SUIM >  

Open User hierarchical tree….

Open User by complex Selection Criteria.

Click on clock like button

  Execution button.

We can Search Single user by user id or we can search all users by typing ( * ) in user field.

Then execute…..

Here it is this is by default search we got all user list which are locked and active users in system.

Now , we want only that user that all Not locked only active users. Go back one screen….

There are Selection by locks field we can search by the criteria that we want…..

Now we can export this user list in local drive..

Goto :  List /Export/Spreadsheet

Download excel file in local drive selecting  path of your local drive…

Now we want user list with all parameters with (e.g. department, designation, etc.)

On the top of the screen left side we have

 this icon click on it.

Now , We move that information we want by using lift side arrow.

And then again export list of user that you want…..
