Hi Monis - the slide may be a little confusing. In the 2-tier architecture the yellow box labelled MDUS is the head end system. So you're right, SAP connects directly with the HES and EDM takes care of the MDM requirements.

Thats right SAP Subscription Billing used to be known as SAP Hybris Revenue Cloud. This is now part of SAP Sales Cloud.
BRIM, which used to be known as SAP Hybris Billing, is not part of C/4HANA and is now part of the S/4HANA world.

Hi Derek - I think it really depends on the city. I would see these improvements as along similar lines to converting streetlights to LED, upgrading a road or adding a new metro line.
