Which SAP BTP tools can I use to solve the following problem?

Greetings, I have a statement in which I have a requirement, and I need to analyze it to present a possible solution.

REQUIREMENT:

- The main requirement is the development of a service, this should serve to make user registration and login (Login). All this from a mobile app.

- The service must be exposed in a public way, but authenticated from a pre process of the service (I don't understand this requirement well).

-I am told that the required Apis are:

1- Auth(Login)

2- Logout

3- Profile of the logged user (get/Post/PATH/PUT)

- The following must be taken into account:

a- Users must be registered: Name, Last name, User, Password, Status (active/inactive).

b- A record of active sessions must be kept.

c- The data persistence must be in Hana cloud.

My analysis:

A thousand apologies, I am fairly new to SAP BTP and in general the SAP world. The idea is that I analyze this requirement and I can submit a proposal that covers:

- SAP BTP tools useful to solve it, specify what features exactly I will use for the problem.

- Of the specified tools, what licensing plan I need to provide the solution and the costs.

- What would be the development tasks to be carried out to fulfill the requirement.

So, at the moment I know that a good tool for the mobile application is SAP BUILD APPS/AppGyver. I know that SAP Hana could be my database.

But I really have no idea how to create a service, I don't know which tool to use for it, I don't know how to make it publicly exposed but authenticated from a pre process, in this central point is where I need more guidance.
