Webi list of values for Bex Query based on field based composite provider

Hi All,

How do we get list of values in webi for bex query which is created on top of field based composite provider.We have enabled posted values for access type for the result Values but still not getting list of values in webi.

Please advice.

you might want to add the Web Intelligence tab for the Webi specific questions to get some expert feedback outside of the BW/4HANA tag.

Hi hari,

List of values function not available in WEBI Reporting tool, in Universe design level have lovs fuction.

Create bex query on top of the Composite provider then check the all the values options.

if still any issues please share the screenshot of the requirement.

Hey Hari,

By default for any IO on which i/p variable is created, the Access type is - Posted Values and Filter value selection at Query level - Only posted values for Navigation.

I would suggest you to check if you are able to see the lovs in Bex level and if you are not, then possibly there is no data.

Try experimenting with changing the Filter value selection to Values in MD table, see if that works for you.

Edit- Also check if you are authorized enough for the IO for which you are checking the data.

We are able to see list of values in bex and AO but not in WEBI.

Is there option needs to enable to get LOV for webi which is created on top of field based composite provider in BW4HANA?

Like to get Vlaues in Master data tables? is there any master data tables get generated for fields?

I have not come across any such scenarios as of now. Let me check something and get back ,if I find anything helpful for you.
