Web Intelligence language problem

Hello,

Following the upgrade to version 4.3 SP 2 Patch 9, there is a language problem in Web Intelligence.

After testing several times, it seems that when first planning a report the language is indeed in French. But if we reschedule the same report (or another report), the text is in English.

In the same way, if you open Web Intelligence, the display is in French. But if you plan a report, Web Intelligence switches to English.

Do you know where the error could come from?

Below are descriptions of the parameters and tests carried out.

Test under Firefox and Edge (the language settings seem to be in French).

The account parameters are entered in French as below:

- In Settings > Account Preferences > regional settings all to French

- In Settings > Application preferences > Web intelligence: “Use my preferred display regional settings to apply a format to the data”

Test 1:

Account Login.

Opening the Web Intelligence application, selection of a universe. --> the window is in French language.

Object selection and updating. --> The Web Intelligence editing window is in French. test1-001.png

Closing the query.

Right click on a report, schedule, modify prompt values. --> the window is in English language. test1-002.png

Closing the schedule.

Opening the Web Intelligence application, selection of a universe. --> the window is in English language.

Object selection and updating. --> The Web Intelligence editing window is in the English language. test1-003.png

Closing the request.

--> Web Intelligence no longer appears in French until the next disconnection/reconnection.

Logout of the account.

Test 2 :

Account Login.

Right click on a report, schedule, modify prompt values. --> the window is in English language. test2-001.png

Closing the schedule.

Right click on the same report (or a different report), schedule, change prompt values. --> the window is in English language. test2-002.png

Closing the schedule.

--> Web Intelligence no longer appears in French until the next disconnection/reconnection.

Logout of the account.
