Upgrade HANA DB with Vector DB

What has to be installed in order to get the vector DB functions in HANA DB on premise?

Hi Thomas,

the SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine is not available for the on-premise versions of SAP HANA. You may consider a hybrid scenario for combining your on-premise SAP HANA with the SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine. For SAP HANA Cloud, the Vector Engine comes as a native engine out of the box and does not require any separate installation or configuration.

ok, thx for the information. Bad idea anyway. Will caculate my inner products in ABAP or via RFC server.
