Timer showing while sending the mails from SAP

Dear Experts,

We have configured the Job work service and updated the email credentials and SMTP details.

But when we send email from SAP it is showing timer as shown in the following screenshot.

Please make sure the sender email configured in SMTP is accessible by third-party applications, if you have used Gmail then please make sure OTP is used in SMTP configurations.

Dear Expert, We have checked SAP note and also provided (Enabled) third party app access. But still facing same issue. Please suggest on the other solution.
