The uploaded file is inval. Verify that the file has been downloaded using the SAP Readiness Check

We are creating the SAP HANA Readiness Check for a Customer but we have the following message when upload the File .ZIP to the portal.

• The analysis has failed. Please try again.
• The uploaded file is invalid. Verify that the file has been downloaded using the SAP Readiness Check data collector report.

All Jobs finished completly

I ran the program several times more, but when I upload the file the message is the same.

Some one got the same result???  

How can I fix this issue??

I am sorry for the delay in responding. I only became aware of this post today.

If the issue persists, please create a customer case using the component SV-SCS-S4R. We may ask you to upload the data archive to the support case so we can check the file's structure.
