Text Template 'important notice' in charm

Hello,

We have added 'Important notice' text type in charm solman 7.1 SP-LEVEL 14.This text template is used from 'in development' status to 'ready for production' status.

The customer wants us to add the important notice template till last completed status so he can edit/add notes till complete status, Please can you help on this if you have any idea.

You might need to add an additional status after Completed, and remove the FINI flag from the current "Completed" status in the Status profile, so that the CD will still be editable during your "Completed" status.
