Hi we are implementing mobile devices for a project and want a seamless experience when creating Maintenance Requests and adding images on the run. With an iPad or Android device when choosing the Upload function it present with 3 options (this is across all browsers inc. Edge)
When on a Microsoft device the Upload function automatically opens the file browser and the user will have to locate an image previously taken or minimise the browser, take a photo then return to the browser, locate image and upload.
Wondering if anyone has successfully been able to make these options available on a Microsoft device?
Thanks
Higgo

Hi Enda
Thank you for responding. I find this really interesting that the Microsoft devices are not supported when SAP and Microsoft are in partnership and working so closely together - https://www.sap.com/partners/find/microsoft.html
The issue with the Apple and Android devices is they are a single user sign on, so they do not support SSO for multiple users which is the method for logging into S4HC..
Rather disappointing when you want to utilise Mobility and are restricted to technology that doesnt align to business usage.
Thanks
Higgo
