switch off 'More Options' - 'Variables' to prevent user changes

is there a way to deactivate 'More Options' in quick menu for a chart in optimized story experience? End users should not be able to change variables settings/values at all.
Some quick menu entries are needed therefore set quick menu to invisible is not an option.
