Slipstream engine - what is the best theme to use with it?

Hi there,

As we begin our journey with SAP Personas and explore using the slipstream engine to render our flavors, I have a question for which I'd appreciate your input:

Is there a recommended theme to use with slipstream, or can we still use Corbu (the theme we use for HTML GUI)? Additionally, should we set the themes via the URL for slipstream or via SICF?

if you still use corbu with html gui I would recommend to use the same one.

As stated below, you cannot use Corbu with Slipstream. The oldest that works is Belize.

You cannot use any older theme than Belize with Slipstream. I would stick to the default theme unless there is a specific reason to use something else.

We are currently sticking with Blue Crystal .. I can't specifically comment on the use of Slipstream (SE) and Corbu; but we have multiple misadventures with the Corbu theme which seriously deflate our confidence in it -

First Corbu is not supported in the original SAP Portal (that would be an immediate red flag). We also run into issue when using it for graphically rich transaction like ME22N, VA01, SE80 or the APO Planning Books. More specifically, this happens mostly for WinGUI and WebGUI when use in combination with super high resolution monitors (no issues reported when used with typical laptop). Switching to Blue Crystal immediately solve the issue.
